Senior Lean Manager (m/f/d)

Analysis, evaluation, targeted and sustainable optimization of the production and order flow process from a lean perspective

Communication and achievement of the set lean goals

Identification, structuring, coordination and active follow-up of lean initiatives

Development and introduction of lean, flowing, standardized processes in cooperation with the executives

Lean coaching and training

Regular status updates of the lean activities

Recording of the cost reduction potential

Participation in cross-location lean management activities, as well as location-specific activities in all of our production locations (Europe, USA, China)

Completed university degree in industrial engineering or other courses related to lean production / management

Qualification as a Lean Manager (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

Well-founded experience in the independent introduction and implementation of lean management in a manufacturing company

Proven process excellence and strong analytical skills

Sound capabilities in setting up of lean tools and methods – 5S, ShopFloorManagement, KANBAN, OnePiece Flow, VSM, KAIZEN, KATA, ...

Balanced and motivating leadership personality

Willingness to deal with the special challenges of the production of hazardous material storage systems

Confident handling of MS Office programs

Willingness to travel

Six Sigma green Belt certification desirable

Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is desirable / alternatively Italian, French or Czech language

Direct report to the Director International. Operations (Bad Oeynhausen, Germany), but the possibility of predominantly working from a DENIOS location in France, the Czech Republic or at the headquarter in Germany
